Resolved! Cannot receive calls from Vodafone customers

I cannot receive calls or texts from anyone using Vodafone. When they try to call it just disconnects the call. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on, cleaning the sim, resetting the settings, using a different phone and nothing resolves the issue....
