Resolved! Blocked IMEI

I lost my phone.I called to block SIM and IMEI.Got a new SIM.Managed to find phone.Called to unblock IMEI number.Sim won't work in SIM 1 slot on phone but works ok in slot 2.Is my slot 1 still blocked?
