No signal

Hi just swopped from ee to o2 today either one bar show or no signal at all. Turned phone off a few times no improvement. Coverage in the area is supposed to be good any ideas thanks andy

Why can't I call the Isle of Man from the UK?It's not covered by 'uk land lines and other mobile' so I purchased the 'International bolt on' but still can't call the Isle of Man
