Transferring existing o2 number to new o2 account

I have got a o2 sim from Virgin media via volt and wanted to change the number to my existing pay monthly which is out of contract, i have made numerous call to o2 and just get the same reply about a back end issue, this has been going on for 2 weeks...

Issues with Netgear nighthawk m6

I purchased a M6 nighthawk in December and I’m trying to login to Netgear server app to allow data roaming. The admin password on the sticker behind battery seems incorrect, how do I change it or is there another way to allow roaming?

No signal

I have switched SIM cards and now neither phone has phone signal not acceptable sort it out it’s been 5 hours and lots of stress I have been with o2 for 20 years but will leave if this is not sorted out I can’t speak to a person
