Trying to activate new phone with eSIM but the account has been blocked, so number won’t transfer

Help!!!

 

I have got my new iPhone 15 Pro and am trying to activate the eSIM, by transferring the number from my old iPhone 12. I get an error message saying that the account is blocked - contact O2,      Help!

Try going through my O2

However you may have to contact O2 if the account is blocked
