Hi @Sambo13 - nobody here can access your account, you'll need to contact O2 on 4445 to find out what happened and get your phone and bundle sorted. This may mean adding another £10 to your account, if the £4 has come off because of, for example, MMS messages having been inadvertently sent (adding emojis to an SMS message can do that) or some other chargeable item has resulted in £4 of your Top-up being spent, and leaving you with less than £20 on your actual Top-up date. Call around 08:00 for best chance of getting through quickly. Good luck.
