Switched over to O2 a few months ago, to a rolling plan. Number ported from Three.
When I make a call, it now starts with an automated voice that says "incoming call", which makes no sense.
What's going on with this? Can I make it stop?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from the forum

Are you completely sure that is what the automated voice says @puffin_legs ?
I am a PAYG "Big Bundle" customer and when I make a call, it starts with an automated voice saying "Bundle Call". I wonder if what you are hearing is an automated voice telling you that the call is "free" to the extent that it is part of your Rolling Plan and not a chargeable extra ? 👍

Thinking about this further @puffin_legs, I wonder if the message is not saying "Incoming call" but is saying "Inclusive call" ? ❓
