Since being moved from Virgin to O2 I have been unable to send or receive calls. The phone shows it is on the O2 network and can receive texts but not calls. I have checked the SIM settings and the IMI status is "not registered". I visited an O2 shop and they suggested I need an new SIM. They were unable to provide that at the time as I did not have ID with me.

@Smith5onian

This is the issue with the Belgian VM sim's as they do not play nice, now they have been moved to pure MNO operator..

And the only way to resolve is to get a new sim card, you can either pop back with photo ID, or call 0344 809 0202 from another phone, and get one posted out to you, which you wont get till next week.
