Overcharged on my account

Hi I've been charge x3 times on my bank account for £20 each time. Totalling up to £60 i am owed back. After attempting to top up on the app. Even though the app declined my transactions x3 times and I should not be charged this.

The money is held in a shadow account by your bank and it has not gone to O2 as the transaction didn't complete.

The funds will be returned to your account in a few days, in line with your banks policy on this.

They will show as "pending" in your banking app.
