I'm trying to receive One Time Pins via text message and I'm not receiving them... from different sources...  Any ideas as to why?

We're seeing a lot of this recently so can only assume an issue with O2 somewhere.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

If you have recently ported your number to O2 the files for OTP's may have been missed.

O2 can check that for you also.
