Hi, 

 

I upgraded 2 days ago and have a new tariff but there is no mobile internet since i upgraded. Can someone help me with this?

I didn’t know i needed a new sim…didn’t request it. First i need to get the new one then. Thank you.

You don't unless you are upgrading to a 5g phone.

Your old sim should work the same as it did previously.

Check your phone settings to ensure data is on and the network set correctly.
