Moto g8 no wifi calling

I recently joined o2 and have three numbers with them (2 kids and me).

On my moto G8 power I have no option in the settings to turn on wifi calling,

In  my o2 it states that wifi calling is turned on for me.

My sons both had it come up no bother on thier phones one of which is a moto g8 power lite.

Anyone have any idea?

It may not be enabled on your account, regardless of what your MyO2 says.

Ask O2 to check.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced > Wifi Calling > make sure Wifi Calling is toggled on.

I have already

i) phoned customer service who said it was switched on

2) FB message O2 who said they turned it on

3)it says it is on in my 02

4) checked my settings as described above and also in phone app, wifi calling is not even there as an option.

I just tried my son's sim in my phone (who gets wifi calling) in my phone same thing no option. NExt I will try my sim in his phone but he needs to go to school now and is getting annoyed with me 🙂

With previous provider and this phone the option was there on my phone.

Reboot your phone and see if that helps.

Unfortunately re-booting does not help

I am on android 11 btw.

I will try my sim in son's phone when he gets home, see if it is a sim error.
