Esim needs resetting or reenrol no one will do it been in shop and customer service is useless when you ring as no one knows what they are doing can someone help

If phone is at latest IOS (16.something) and watch at latest o/s (9.something), and WiFi Calling is enabled on phone (I read somewhere here) then your watch eSIM *or* your physical SIM in the phone may need attention - tagging @O2Ryan in for you @Colin15 - he is the on-duty O2 Advisor from 8am Tuesday morning and will get you moving again.
