Detailed bill shows no origin, whereas my partners does have a number listed?

My bills don’t show my number as the origin. There isn’t even a column for it…. Whereas my partners bills all have a column headed ‘origin’, & his number listed alongside everything that is recorded.
there is nothing else on my account, like a watch or anything so it’s not that: 

Does anyone know why this is pleas?
