Solved: Changing tarriffs

I got a pay as you go SIM to get 25gb roaming abroad.

I am now abroad in Europe and it seems I was wrong. To get my 25gb roaming allowance bundle I have to have a contract right?

I can't even change tarrifs to do this, even if this is the correct thing to do. It says 'we're having trouble displaying your tarriff options...' even though I'm connected to the internet through wireless.

Also, I'm supposed to be able to claim £10 free by texting a number, but if I've got no credit how can I even text that number?
