Caller can’t hear me on phone calls

When someone phones me I can hear them fine but they cannot hear me.  If I switch over to speaker phone they can hear.  How do I fix this

Hi @DH2 

If you have a cover on your phone then remove it to see if that improves anything.

Also check the microphone port for fluff.

Failing that you may need a new sim which you can get instore.
