Solved: upfront cost

i have been chatting to someone on the 02 live chat and they say they can give me a promo code to knock off the upfroint cost from the contract so i dont have to pay it.....is this true becasue im not quite sure whether to belive it or not ?

If you were talking to a sales adviser, yes, they can offer discounts etc off contracts.

Hi @Laurajane2000, just wanted to ask how you're getting on with this and if you managed to get your new contract ok? Live Chat sales advisers can indeed give discounts as @MI5 mentioned above.
