extra £100 when tradeing in phone

Hi, 

i upgraded my phone and was told instore that i would get an extra £100 for my phone when i trade in my old phone.  i was told to bring my old phone back into the store when ive moved all contacts, pics etc  onto my new phone and they will send it off and i would have the money transfered into my account. 

now, as all the shops are closed due to covid-19, is there a way i can post my phone off or will o2 extend this offer  untill the stores reopen?
