cant seem to pay my bill online or via phone app keeps crashing the moment i clickon the cvv box and says there is an error 500 anyone else having rhis problem

There always seems to be problems paying online but I find the MyO2 app works fine.

Yes Im also having this problem. Have had this issue for the last 3 months or so. Ive been trying to top my mobile up to no avail. I cant believe the issue still hasnt been resolved after all this time. I shouldnt have to top up via a voucher or at the o2 store.

Error 500 means something has gone wrong at O2's end on their server - it's quite a non-specific error though meaning somethings gone wrong, not sure what it is though!
