bill payment failure

I pay my bill direct debit every month, just got a text from 02 me unable to process bill and to avoid fees to update payment details.

Checked my bank account and DD details, no problem.

Impoosible to contact on phone. whats up?

It's a well known scam.

Block the number and do not follow any links.

Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

I've paid my bill, yet 8 still have no minutes and the app is telling me that Ive failed to pay it, I need this to be resolved immediately. Not jmpressed
