O2 roaming not working Botswana

My o2 roaming is turned on but I don’t get any connection and haven’t for a few days. I have paid for a Botswana bolt on yet can’t get any signal. I’ve turned roaming and phone on and off a bunch of times. Any ideas? Thanks
