Hi, I have received an email from noreply@s-email-o2.co.uk and would like to confirm if the email is from o2 as the contents contains all my correct details and it looks like it’s from o2 just the email domain looks fishy. Please confirm. thanks!

Resolved! Old number Not Porting!

Like very many others, my old number IS NOT porting!! WHEN will this be fixed? Is there a tech number I can call to resolve that does not require queuing for two hours? Is there any way to check status?

Can't cancel o2 extra audible

I've followed the guide to try and cancel my o2 extra but when I click on 'extras', it just shows me which extras are available for me to buy. It doesn't show my existing extras. Please help
