Trying to leave O2, spent 90 minutes on the phone, no answer

Hi, is there an electronic way to leave O2? I’ve just spent 90 minutes on the phone from 19:45 until 21:15 and had to hang up after realising the phone line had closed, I was asked to wait and had hold music played at me for the whole 90 minutes.
