I recently changed tariff and called the support team to change the billing date for the direct debit to be the 1st of each month. I cannot see if this has or has not happened.

Hi,on a 24month SIMO contact, now in last 11 months. Can I upgrade /change to 12 month SIMO contact with no penalty? Tried via us USwitch link, and still wants cancellation fee? Is it best to chat online or talk directly to CS?Thanks
