Hi I’m just about to upgrade my device plan and monthly broadband contract and was wondering if my number will automatically change over. I’m staying with o2 and will still be using a iPhone on the new contract.

Resolved! Not in my account

I have been an o2 customer for 20 years. I am currently on a sim only contract (have been for a long time) but it’s not showing in my account. My account (online) says that I have nothing, My O2 doesn’t let me log in. Any ideas?

Switching phone numbers between contracts

Hi, My partner tried the sim that came with our Virgin/o2 WiFi deal but didn’t like the sim. So she got a new O2 sim but is it possible to switch the numbers of the sim without cancelling the original one?

Resolved! eSIM

I have change the eSim to normal sim around 3 hours ago in a O2 shop and the assistant told me it will take around 20 minutes for the change and so far 3 hours passed and no line.
