trying to ring your payment line and all calls saying called failed however have had a text saying I am going to cut off why cant I ring you to pay you and no live chat and no email address for me to email you to try and arrange payment!

not recieving calls or texts

hi my phone broke so i went anf got it fixed but i put it into an iphone, when i got it back i put it back into my normal hone but not i can recieve any calls or text messages. why could this be? i need help ASAP
