I have recently moved to Australia and I'm struggling to pause/cancel my o2 account. I can't enter a store because I am already in Australia and I would rather not call because it will cost me a lot of money to do so Please help!

Hi. Can you tell me how i can cancel my order if I arledy start a check-in? It's showing me that I have to pay 399£ not a 90 as I thought it will be. I arledy pay 89.99 and now it's asking me to pay another 250£ for deposit.
