Text messages taking hours and days to receive.

Is anyone else experiencing problems where text messages are not received for hours or even days at a time and then multiple messages arrive at the same time.

Resolved! 14 day return

Hi I bought 2 contracts 4 weeks but returned them within 14 days. Why is it still showing on my bill. I had confirmation that phones were received in good unopened order and cancellation successfull.

Resolved! Changing tariff while on rolling contract

Simple question. I’m now on a 30 day rolling contract and would like to remain this way, however I want to increase my data plan. If I change tariff will I remain on the rolling contract or am I committing to another 2 years? Thanks.
