Can’t make calls

I can’t make or receive calls.. It’s dialling like you are going to connect then drops like you’ve got no network coverage so not sure what’s going on

Wi-Fi Calling

I have just received my new iphone XS Max. It will not allow me to turn on Wi-Fi calling and advises me to contact O2. I have checked my account and says i am allowed this function. Can anyhelp with this please. Thanks you

Hi when I agreed to the deal for a upgrade 02 agree to a discount because I work for a company how do I know that the discount will be on my bill

Billed for numbers I don't recognise?

I should have 4 numbers on my bill. It shows 5 numbers. Three I recognise, but two I don't. The other number I am expecting to see is not there. Has my account been hacked? Am I a victim of fraud? I can't seem to call O2 so I hope this forum cam help...
