IMEI and Insurance

If I take out a new contract with device and insurance, do I have to do anything else to register the device? Has this alread6 been done by O2?Can't get through on the phone line to make a new claim. Can this be done on line?

personal hotspot charges on O2?

hi,If I use my phone as a personal hotspot for data for a laptop are there any additional charges from O2 or is it included in my contract? I've just started s new pay monthly contract with 30gb a month included.

No data no calls no messages

I have no call texts or data. Completely shut off. No warning or text message from o2. Logged into my 02 and nothing has come up regarding cutting me off. Saying everything is fine. And all bills paid. What is going on ???
