Resolved! Data allowance used

I recently plugged my phone into my laptop and started to download the updated software for the phone. Despite my phone and laptop being on WiFi it used my whole data allowance up. How is this possible?

Handset not received

I took out a contract you took the upfront cost. I received all the paperwork and phone no etc and an email confirmation but I have never received the handset and the customer service is awful!! Not pleased at all!!!!

Resolved! Insurance claim

I called last week to make a new claim, i should have got a call back within 24 hours. I never recieved a call, i need to send my phone off as its damaged and my insurance runs out on the 17th december
