Resolved! iPhone 12 mini camera not working

My iPhone 12 mini is not even 2 months old and the back camera along with the flashlight isn’t working. The front facing camera is working. I have tried a force reset and nothing. Any ideas how to help? Do I contact o2 or Apple to fix this fault?
