Just upgraded O2 iPhone XR monthly contract at 23.5 months to a SIM only offer via uswitch/TCB, keeping handset. Logged in as upgrading current contract, it recognised it all, all looks good. Eg £24 quid down to £8 new contract. Confirmation received...

I moved from virgin to O2 and since then I find it very difficult to get Internet when not connected to WiFi. I have a s21 ultra and mobile data is on. If I do get Internet it's speed is less than 1 Meg any ideas
