Hi,
I've been receiving a text message that my number doesn't support visual voicemail many times for the past few days. I'm on a pay monthly bundle and have a Pixel 3XL so it should support it according to the website.
How could I get it to work? and how do I make these text messages stop.

It's due to the upgrade that O2 have done to the voicemail system.
Try turning voicemail off and on to see if it helps or contact customer service to check your account.
