Topping Up Abroad

Hi,

I’ve tried contacting customer services but can’t only get a robot that doesn’t understand anything I ask. Chat also goes to a robot (virtual assistant).

I’m currently abroad using a non UK number and haven’t used my O2 for 6 months, it has been connected though and seems to be operational connecting to the local network. When I get back to the UK I’d like to be able to use my O2 number immediately. Before I fly I want to put £10 into my O2 account and get a calls, texts and data bundle with the £10, is that possible or will it be PAYG?

Any help is appreciated.

As long as the account is active you should be able to top up using the landline number
