I ran out of data on my last tariff and my balance is £20, I’d like to stop the current tariff and switch to the £20 bundle. However I tried, and it’s saying I can switch on the 18th of April which shouldn’t be right

You have posted on the "Pay Monthly" board but your query reads like it is about PAYG ; so @Enlli has suggested that you 'phone 4445 as that is Customer service for PAYG.
