Returning Device 30 day question

Hello, I bought a device online and I purchased it end of October but it arrived November 11. Now I don’t personally enjoy it so I was wondering if I’m able to return it. Because I’m unsure if it’s 30 days from when I got the device or when I paid for the device.

It's 30 days from day of purchase. O2 are extending this over the Christmas period (From November until January) but you aren't eligible for that I'm afraid.
