Hi all
i have received a replacement sim for the one I lost and have put it in the phone.
it won’t let me make calls or send texts because it says I have an outstanding bill but it’s all paid up to date and the next amounts are due 15th October (airtime) and 21st October (device plan).
Have I done something wrong? I turned the phone off and on again but no difference.
I don’t understand it at all.
any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance .
