Reducing my payment

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hey guys,

I am currently living in New Zealand, paying £50 a month for a phone I do not even use.

I am not due an upgrade for another year, therefore cancellation costs will be stupid amount! Is there anyway O2 will redue my plan for me now or will I have to keep paying this price?

Any other help on the situation will be great.

Many Thanks

Naomi

@Anonymous The only way you could reduce it is to pay off the device plan if you have a refresh contract or pay the remainder of the contract

One option is to download TU so you can use your call and text allowances over wifi. You can't use data but you will still get some usage out of your contract. It saves me a lot of money in Thailand 🇹🇭 when contacting family and utility companies such as banks in the UK.
