I want to take out a contract with O2 but my new postcode is not registered with them what can I do as no one at the call centre could help me? Everyone else now seems to have my new postcode listed just not O2.

Hi, @angryjellybean I would suggest contacting them by phone to see if it can be imputed manually.
I had the same thing with car breakdown cover last year and the address is 4 years old.

Thanks I already tried that got passed around for an hour with people telling me different things no one could resolve it.
