Payment page not working on upgrade

Tried 2 days to pay for an upgrade for £19.99. 1st day on Livechat for 3 hours. Following 2 days, on LiveChat and called 202. Using Visa, Master Debit and Credit cards. Changing browsers, android and Mac laptops, all failed. This is my 3rd day, very frustrated with the App.

It sounds like you need to go in store to upgrade if you can.

@Edmundchan88Seems strange that you can't do it via customer services? What happened when you called them ....or were you waiting too long to actually speak to someone?

Best time to call is between 8-8.30am. You have a far better chance of gettinng through then

Perhaps the merchant banking system was down due to unforeseen circumstances. I would try again or pop in store if you have time.

O2's payment systems are so fickle. If a payment fails first time, any further attempts just compound the problem and confuse it even more. I would definitely go instore.

Have exactly the same issue. Ridiculous, tried to check out on another device and another browser as advised by o2 and now have been locked from having phone delivered to alternative address instead of home billing. Absolute joke.
