I have had an outstanding bill arrive from last November, no pria knowledge of this debt or that I owed anything, it was the end of my contract in November and I was all paid up so went onto pay as you go with o2, I have tried calling and after being passed around I was told outstanding debt had been passed on to a debt collection agency…I had to hang up with o2 in the end as the phone call had lasted over 30 mins and I needed to get back to work….what do I do know?

This all depends on if o2 have sold the debt to the Debt Collection Agency, then you need to speak to them, and they can then pass the details onto o2 who will confirm or deny if the debt is correct.
It might be worth speaking to Payment Management as well on 0800 902 0217
