Moving to other provider

Hello, can someone confirm me that when I paid off device plane I will be able to move to other provider without any extra cost? Or I have to paid off contract as well?

@MMNycz If you have paid off your device plan and request a PAC to keep your number, you will not have to pay for your airtime once the move to the new network is made. Just make sure that you don't cancel your Direct Debit prematurely, as there can be charges you aren't aware of. Make sure your final bill from O2 is zero before canceling the DD.
