Moving from EE to 02 - What do I do?

Hi,

I have recently switched from EE to O2 but I am keeping my existing EE number. I've sent through the PAC code to O2 and recieved my new phone.

I'm confused though, on as to whether I should be inserting the O2 sim that has been sent with the new phone (presenting a different number than the one I am keeping), or take my old sim out of my old phone and put it in my new one?

I've put my new sim in my new phone to check, but it is presenting the new O2 number?

You need to use your O2 sim.

You should have been given a date to change number.
