@RG8 You should not have cancelled your Direct Debit. See this to report the loss: Lost or Stolen O2 Device

@RG8

You can't just cancel your direct debit because you lost your sim.

Report the loss and O2 will send you a replacement Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hello @RG8

Welcome to the o2 Community forum

It is very unwise to cancel a direct debit as o2 will assume you are not paying your commitment. You lost your sim not o2 so try to understand that they will get you a new sim so that you are connected again.

Report it lost as advised by the Community members.

Good luck and take care 🙂
