Hi There,
I recently broke my Apple Watch 4 - i have managed to get a series 5 but am having issues swopping the data plan across. I am still connected with the old watch to the data plan but when i start up new watch and select mobile data it gives me an error code 04 before allowing me to log into my account and select 'move airtime plan'.
I have tried disconnecting the data plan from old watch, still no luck, i have tried restarting new watch, still no luck. Anyone have the same error code or have any thoughts?
Trying to get hold of O2 at present nearly impossible.
