They all hanging up on me. I’m trying to cancel a contract and can’t get through. Can’t find a way to email. Infuriating

@ROSALINDSARAH1 Of course not, but there is no one on at this time of night to take a call unless you're reporting a stolen phone or fraud.

I will tag the O2 online advisors who will be back on tomorrow morning. One will contact you to address whatever issue it is that you have.

Tx, looking at the guides new and old it seems my only options are to call and hope they don’t put down on me as happened 5 times yesterday, or to write ( can’t really get to Post Office). I’m still within my 14 day cooling off period. I’m not leaving O2 just cancelling an additional SIM I acquired incase of emergency use for someone in hospital.

I have been hung up on countless times over the past week, only once tonight, while being put on hold or passed through to another department.
I've also been promised two call backs after being told to restart the handset and surprise surprise, nothing.
I'm trying to get a PAC Code, as since I joined 02 on 31/10 I haven't received SMS messages. They say that's the only way they will give me the PAC code, not by email, over the phone, nothing.
Ridiculous and infuriating.
