I have just entered into a new contract and I am informed that I now can select a gift extra.
Initially I was presented with around 3 or 4 gift options, but deferred my selection.
However, now try as I might I cannot access ANY gift extra other than Disney+ which I definitely do not want. When I access my account via the app or via the website, the Disney+ is the only gift extra offered - not the range of extras which should be available to me. I am finding it impossible to contact anyone from 02, either by phone or by the online chat facility.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
