I have a pay as you go account. Been trying to top up online for days now all i get is the error 500 page and a picture of a cat holding a stick in its mouth. Tried chatting to online support tried using different browsers different computers all with same error 500 message. I tried calling 4444 to top up over phone and its just says its unable to do this and fails. So far i have been able to top up once at an o2 store with a top up card. I would like to do it online. Can anyone help me here?
I have another older phone on another o2 account but registered to the same address could this be causing me problems?

Not really interested in auto top as i skip the odd month here and there.
I'm thinking i'd just the error500 message anyway just to set it up.

no the phones are on different accounts. But my address and my banking details are the same for both phones.

Just purchased top up sim. This is the only account I have. I have tried using 4 different cards both credit and debit, MasterCard and visa, none work. I get the same screen and message as previously highlighted. Tried calling 4444 and all payment attempts fail. Contacted chat live, waste of time, said it was an O2 fault and all would be sorted, it has not. a solution would be appreciated.

just spend 35 mins with live chat and trried everything, even top up from landline phone, going to try 4445 and see what happens
