Just received a text message at 12.30am in the morning, I did not click on the link in the text. But as it started playing on my mind, I logged into my 02 account via my laptop. It is to do with an order I have not made???? I tried to find if there was a topic on here, there seemed to be from a couple of years ago, and it mentioned that 02 had been transferring people to a new bill system, and the texts had gone out in due to a system error, is this maybe what has happened again? The amount to pay is exactly the same amount as I am already paying? It is very worrying, considering the amount of spam stuff going about, and elderly people will get confused by this as well.

Statement from O2.

We advised customers of this change via email in May and that you'd receive a notification when this is complete.
The out of bundle charges reduction is a free Bolt On that was added to accounts to reduce the cost of any out-bundle-usage. The Bolt On would be automatically removed when no longer active. The removal/modification is completed via an order.
You can check orders on your account in the My O2 app : https://www.o2.co.uk/help/apps/my-o2-app
Go to Support > Orders > Track my order > Select your mobile number.
Please refer to the email sent in May for additional information.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
